I also hope the price will not be higher than iPhone 4, but I believe the price will be higher than iPhone 4.

i already paid over $1000 for my iphone 4 32GB and the iphones have been that price for a while its just when you purchase the device on a contract the device becomes much cheaper but then you pay roughly that price any way through the monthly bills so it really makes no difference as one way you pay it all in one go and the other its over time but over time you get the device locked to that carrier

apple have announced nothing so it is not official just speculation at this point.

Probably the same as all previous devices have done, sprint have reportedly reduced the price of the 4S already
