to many reported problems ive heard from scratching to wi fi issues and purple blurring on the camera for an expensive price and cheap casing - ill await the 5s

What bug? I have no Screen scrolling bug on my iPhone 5 at all.

When you want to scroll fast down to the end of the the document, for example, you will see what Is happening...

This has only happened to me once and it was when I was scrolling through a PDF and it was 500 or more pages. Generally for scrolling news articles or pages it will not affect anything.
