Quick background. I've had a iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, and iPad!
Preordered my iPhone 16gb black/slate for AT&T through the apple Store at 3 AM Eastern time need the minute it was available to preorder. I still have on my apple account saying that my iphone is preparing to ship but using the track by reference I was able to see my package was in into Nashville yesterday morning and and departed at 8 pm. Probably on its way to Lexington, ky(I live an hour NE of Lexington). Should be there sometime during the night. Nashville to led is about 4 hrs. Can't wait!!!!!
Btw it says it should be delivered by the end of the day friday!! Hoping to get it earlier!!

I can't believe you blasted them out over your shipment. What did you even say? It's not even due until friday they could ship it on thursday and still have it arrive on time.

The Verizon site still lists that they have no record of my order number, even though they have emailed me twice and I have shipping info from fedex.
Did you use an upgrade? Another way to see progress is to look at your account online and check your upgrade status. There it shows the the phone/line in a faded manner and when you hover the cursor over it it states something to the effect that you have recently used it's upgrade and that it is waiting for you to activate the new device.

I preordered from the Verizon Wireless Express Store around 11am Central Standard time on 9/14. I look at the paper invoice they gave me and at the top it says order ETA september 21st but when I go online and type in the tracking number it says it should be delivered by 9/26. Which one should I look at? Also, I still haven't gotten a shipment message from verizon.

mine just says "Preparing for Shipment" but then again I forgot to add an email or a phone number for alerts as to where the phone is and there is still no tracking number but delivery is 21st so thats all the info I need
When you check on your order don't use your order number. You have to use the pre-order confirmation number and your last name.
Haven't received any information from Verizon but checked on my pending order on the V website and both o f my phones with one tracking number is listed. Fedex lists that order as NONE although they haven't received the phone for Shipping yet. I think I must be close to a shipping point and will receive an overnight as I did when I ordered my Ipads. Finally had my order clear the Credit Union so I feel confident that Friday is my day. So tired of this Samsung phone.
