Well I just updated with an iPhone 4S. Got rid of my ip4 to a buddy that was upgrading and got his. So no more unthethered 4.2.6 for me. Hoping for an iPhone 4s untethered quick! Thats probably a pipe dream right now tho. haha

I would probably kill for a jailbreak at this point Unfortunately, the longer we wait the more likely it is that pod2g will decide to wait until after 5.1 is released to release his jailbreak.

A) Why would he do that?

A) Because 5.1 is supposed to fix major issues with the iPhone4S so it would be worth it to many to wait before releasing the jailbreak so that the jailbreak might also work on 5.1 and also because 5.1 is in beta2 already, it will be out in less than a month.

B) I didn't jinx you. Waiting until after a major release to release a jailbreak is and has always been standard practice among the jailbreakers.
