Strange warning after jailbreaking

I was helping a friend Jailbreak their 4s. Downloaded the latest version of absinthe and let everything run its course. After it was done, cydia was installed but when we try to use it these weird warnings pop up. Any reason why they're showing up? Any response is greatly appreciated.

I had this happened to me when I JB at the beginning but the server was getting abuse like crazy, however after that it never happened again.
