Still waiting for mine too, but I think it is better to get the phone from the second or third batch as some known issues would have been addressed by then. So actually, I don't mind waiting.

Wow I'd go nuts. So glad I preordred, just waiting those 7 days was enough. And I ordered mine at 3:00 am that night so I did get it on the 21st.

Now I had some issues with mine, had to get a VP from executive offices to get me a refurb and THEY are hard to get too. Person I spoke with said most of the refurbs going back out are from people who are entirely too picky or decide to go with another phone. Mine looked fresh as new, works great and I'm totally happy.
