I have an iPhone 5 on ios 6.1 beta 4 should I go back to 6.0.2 stock for the jailbreak or stay on the beta and see if it works on that

The jailbreak is not out for the iphone 5 yet due to the a6 chip.

If your a true developer using beta with a valid licence then you should know the pro's and con's of using such software.

It's not a true dev softwear jus wondered if the same exploits will work on my iOS seeing as it is still beta and not much wud of changed
