Meta Horizon App

Just purchased a Meta Quest 3S for my Grandkids. Tried to add the Meta Horizon App to my iPhone8 using IOS 16.7.11
App added , but will not open. click on then disappears. Have deleted, rebooted and added again, several times. No Difference.
I went on line an added a mtea Quest account.

Any Idea's?

I see others complaining of the same thing online. The Meta community may have some answers for you. In the meantime I did see these requirements:

• Your phone must be connected to Wi-Fi and have Bluetooth turned on to use the Meta Horizon mobile app to set up your Meta Quest.
• If you install the Meta Horizon mobile app on an unsupported device, you may experience issues setting up your headset.
• After completing the initial activation of your headset using the Meta Horizon mobile app, you'll be able to finish setting up your headset in VR.
