You dont need any ISPW! Just just need to be in 5.0.1, download absinthe and click jailbreak!

Incorrect.... Absinthe is a Jailbreak tool for the 4S. The OP needs to use redsn0w to Jailbreak their iPhone 4. First, be sure you're iPhone is updated (via iTunes) to 5.0.1. Then, download redsn0w from this link... Dev-Team Blog
You actually do not need the ipsw for 5.0.1, but I still recommend you download it in case redsn0w gives your problems, I always manually select the ipsw any way, becuase my internet connection sucks. Just make sure you download the the rite ipsw for your phone model. That matters.
