I have an iPhone4S jailbroke with evasi0n on IOS6.1 modem 3.4.01

How can I upgrade this to IOS7 and have it jailbroke again? Is it possible?

I'm afraid it's not possible. The only iOS version you can upgrade to is iOS 7.1, which does not have a jailbreak. If having a jailbreak is important to you, you'll have to stay where you are until the next jailbreak is released, likely sometime after the public release of iOS 8 this fall.
