Hi my iphone 5 att is stuck at this after restoring network settings in "general"

my lock button doesn't work. And whenever I remove the batter cable and boot it up again the same thing pops up. Any ideas?

Possible digitizer issue. Remove the battery from the device and allow it to sit detached for about an hour for a NAND reset. While it's NAND resetting, check to see that nothing is loose around the digitizer and battery cavity.

no it isn't the digitizers faul for sure. You think if i fixed the lock button dfu mode would work?

If your device is recognized by iTunes, you can use a DFU IPSW to DFU your device.
