Openstreetmap App with 7 specific Must Have Features wanted

Since a long time I'm looking for a powerful app for openstreetmap. Without success.

1. offline
2. vector format
3. all zoom levels
4. contour lines
5. recording tracks
6. import/export routes/tracks
7. full screen mode

Example of my research:

"Forevermap" masters 1-3, no more.
"GPS Navigation 2" masters 1-3 as well, no more.

Of course there are several nice to have features I'm looking for. But they should not play a role as long the must haves are not mastered.

Yes, you are right: I don't want to use more than app for purposes around navigating and tracking.

Any ideas?
Which app did you try and like to tell us, which of the features above they master?

Hhmm, really nobody out there who likes to tell us, which openstreetmap app he likes?

May be it's my fault, because the subject sounds not open enough.

But of course I'm interested in any map which comes close to the desired one.
