itunes 4.3.2

Hi there... If anyone could help me... I have backup my phone before downloading the new version of 4.3.2. But now my stuff in my previous itunes are gone including music and apps.

Any chance i can sync my phone apps and music to the itunes i have now?

when you did a backup did you have all the files on your iphone loaded on itunes library and on the computer your syncing with?
