Is there anyway to remove factory apps?

I have factory apps that I never use like the clock,stocks,and a few more .
I know I can hide them in my SB settings but that's not the point my 3GS is only 8 gigs and it's totally full can I remove them in ifile and banish them for good ?

There is no way to remove them, they are built directly into the firmware, they only take up like 4mb combined, so I wouldn't worry about it.

You can hide them if you jailbreak.

Ok thanks figured some one would know and I was right just wish apple would figure out not all of us who own a iPhone check stocks or work out aka Nike iPod .

I'm pretty sure Nike paid Apple to include their app on the phone.... Just think of it as advertising...

Using iFile you can delete the programes.

It annoys me too when valuable space is taken up by apps we dont want.
