iPhone App Store never loads

When I get into the App Store on my iPhone, I ALWAYS seem to have to cycle through. Meaning I need to go to another App, like MSNBC, refresh. Then when I go to the App Store, it will try and connect like 3 times. I always say to myself "3 strikes and you're out". Then the App Store seems to be ok and I can Serach and Install an App.

Has anyone seen this? Is there any explanation or a work around to this annoyance???

Try hard resetting your phone. Hold sleep/wake button and home button until you see apple logo.
