My mistake, I assumed it was jailbroken using Pangu.
IIRC, I believe there was a known issue when it came to kernel panics with devices jailbroken using one of the later iterations of Evasi0n7. I never had an issue with Evasi0n7 so I can't relate or verify whether that's a known issue. The two recommendations I can make are as follow:
- Attempt to resolve the issue using SemiRestore, which would only really help/resolve the issue if your issue is software base (most likely not as I'm unaware of any tweaks on your list that causes kernel panics)
- Attempt to resolve the issue by restoring to 7.1.1(recommended) or 7.1.2 and jailbreak using Pangu, and see if a fresh iOS on your device resolves the issue. Ensure that your device is backed up prior to restoring to retain your data if necessary.
