iphone 4 recovery error

hello
my iphone 4 was crashed so i try to recover it from itune with 5.0.1 ios
but it said that iphone cant be restored error 3194 and sometimes 3196
latest itunes installed 10.6.1
still eroor persist

The only iOS being signed by Apple presently is iOS 5.1. So it isn't possible to restore to iOS 5.0.1 unless you are properly jailbroken and have the SHSH blobs backed up.

IPSW files are evrywhere. Just go to google and search for iOS 5.1 iPhone(Whichever model you have) (CDMA/GSM; whichever one you have) iOS 5.1 IPSW.

And there you have a million choices of where to download the IPSW.

However I prefer the original Apple software servers.

Search in google: iPhone wiki, IPSW downloads. best place to download IPSW's.
