iTune Error 3194 plzz help

Friends Pls help me regarding this
when i am about to restore my iphone 4 to iOS6.1 i get this error msg like below

I saw some youtube videos And messed up with host files and all but that wasnt success.
Wats the problem any1 Plzzz help me regarding this
plss help me clearly.

I put my PHne to DFU and performed this operation.

About my PHone
*Jailbroken (cydia is availabale)
*Factory unlocked
*current iOS is 5.1
*Working well without errors.

This Is My Iphone 4

You cannot directly restore to iOS 6.1. It is no longer being signed by Apple's servers... thus the 3194 error. iOS 6.1.2 is the only version you can directly restore to via iTunes w/o having a custom firmware file using blobs for 6.1.
