IPHONE 4, can't be restored.. NEED HELP!!!!

i tried to update my iphone 4 last night but then when i woke up, i found it on the restore settings (itunes logo + usb). i tried to restore it but there's always an error appearing.. error 1618.. i reinstall my itunes already but same error keeps on appearing.. i just don't know what to do.. I asked powermac here in the philippines but they are not authorized to restore iphone 4 so I went to globe (carrier), but they can't restore iphone 4 bought overseas.. i bought mine in saudi arabia.. what should i do?
