get the version 4.30.05 to save your iOS 4.3.1 shsh. The latest version of tinyUmbrella only save the latest iOS. Google to find version 4.30.05 of tinyUmbrella and save your shsh, after that it will appear both in your tinyUmbrella and in your cydia that you have save shsh for 4.3.1

Not much changed in 4.3.3, but it does support automatic downloads of Apps, Music & Books now.

Also you are capable of seeing your purchased apps in the app store.
