I have a problem when I update my iphone 4 :(

Hi guys

my problem is , when I update my iphone , some of my apps drops from the folders and I need to recognize them again


I have latest version of iTunes


help please ,,

is your computer authorised ?

actually I don't know , and I don't know how to know that .

when you dont authorise your iphone on the computer in itunes then it wont install the apps you have downloaded... so what you need to do is open Itunes > Store > Authorise Computer, then go into the apps tab in the iphone and you will see all the apps are not ticked. so tick it all and apply

actually all my apps installed after update but they not organised in folders

just use the update feature next time so all the files stay exactly as they where. or there is a jb app you can download Sborganiser.. though even when i restore and restore to a backup everything is put back the way it was..
