Updating to 4.3.3

Hi guys I got a problem when i'm trying to update my iPhone 4:iphone4vert: running 4.2.1 to the 4.3.3 it is jailbroken but not unlocked and it gave's me the following message:

The iPhone could not be restored or updated.
This device isn't eligible for the requested build.

need some help!!!:iphone4vert:

im gettting the same error on my ipad.
its on 4.3.1 jb with redsnow.

any ideas?

You may get similar messages while syncing up your Iphone data. you may try to sync your iphone data with the help of iTunes but in the case It fails to work you may use third party application to sync all your iphone data or create iPhone backup easily.
