The iPhone is stay on 1% and not go more of this.
I don't know why its happen ,

I tried to log the iPhone with this item but its still not working.

Sure its not Charging socket .
and its new battery

I think you need to do what has already been suggested and return the phone to the ‘Technical Person’ who worked on it and get them to fix it.
