Hello Everyone,
Taking a moment to post here.
I stumbled upon this site as I was trying to troubleshoot my new iPhone 4s.
Long story short, I JB'd it and kept getting an "error 21" message when trying to factory restore.
I've spent the past two days looking on forums but unable to find any clear solution. Posting my issue did not bring anything up either.
Lo and behold, I somehow found a link TUTORIAL - Failsafe method to restore the current version of IOS posted by f4780y. I took the plunge and amazingly, it worked.
So I registered for the explicit purpose of thanking both f4780y for taking the time to post that link and more importantly create that thread! You have won me over and I will make sure that this is my first stop as well as pointing others to this mecca.
I'm a working professional on the East Coast, tech literate but not savvy - although this experience has boosted my confidence and willingness to take educated risks, and new to the iDevice scene.
