Hello, need help

I just purchased iphone4 yesterday and all seemed fine;today I cannot hear the caller( caller is very very low), unless I enable speaker; any answers? Tried restoring iphone in itunes, but did not help. My last cell phone is a Samsung, but I own 2 ipod touches.

I gotta ask the "Dummy" question 1st. Did you try increasing the volume on your phone DURING the call before placing it on speaker phone?

haha i remember when my gf just got her iphone 4 she didnt want to remove the front screen cover, till she got a new one, and that muffled the sound pretty bad
