Error message "Unexpected error during preparation"

Hello all,
can anyone help me with my jailbreak?
My iphone 4 has the version 4.3.2 (8h7)
Modem Firmware 04.10.01
I used the redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc14 and iPhone3,1_4.3.2_8H7_Restore.ipsw
After executing the redsn0w and open the ipsw file, when I clicked next, I got this error message "Unexpected error during preparation".
My computer is Windows XP professional with SP3.

Hello all,
I tried the new version of RedSn0w 0.9.6rc19, but still the same error message. I tried it on different computer and the same error message. I always log in as admin.
Do you have any idea, please help. Thank alot.

try downloading the redsn0w 0.9.8 betas, they usually work for me.

rc19 should work fine for 4.3.2 sounds like the firmware file you downloaded is bad. Download a new one from Download iOS Firmware
