Can I Transfer Android Apps to New iPhone?

I am noticing that apps I have on my Droid X are available for a cost on my new iPhone. Is there a way at NO COST for me to get these apps on the iPhone? In the cases where I have a screen name and password on the Droid, can I use that info to access the app on iPhone without a purchase thru the App Store?

theres no way of doing this and talk of accessing apps on the iPhone without paying is not allowed on the forum.
