Best way to save jailbreak info?

Have backup. But last time I went to have it reinstall jailbreak it did nothing. I did save it properly within that app. Takes FOREVER to remember and redo load each app in cydia, wait, respring. Thats if you remember all the cool apps.

Anything that actually works?
