Good news iTunes lovers! Following a series of reports this week from people claiming that the service “Movies in the Cloud” has become available in their area. Apparently tons of new countries have been added to the bill.

The service “Movies in the Cloud” was launched under the banner of the iCloud and is one of the many features offered by the service. It offers users the possibility of streaming their favorite movies they have previously purchased, anytime, anywhere. The benefit is that movie fans won’t have to re-download the video every time they want to watch it

So according to sources over at 9to5Mac apple has spread its movie iCloud service all over the globe and into the following countries:

“Australia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, the U.K., Venezuela, and Vietnam.”

This also means that from now on, users residing in the countries mentioned above will be able to play movies via their Apple TV. In order to do that interested parties have to choose the options Movies>Purchased> All on their device. Get your popcorn ready!
