4S Jailbroke yet?

My phone arrives tomorrow and I was wondering if the 4s has been jailbroken yet. I would settle for tethered, since my comp, is usually close.

Does anyone know if this is legit or a scam (URL REMOVED)

NO. There is no iPhone 4S jailbreak. When there is one, you won't have to ask. It will be plastered all over this forum and the rest of the internet. Please use the search function and do not post links to external sites again. Any website claiming to have a 4S jailbreak is a scam.
