Can I use my saved SHSH to unlock my baseband 4.10.01

I don't think so. Your saved shsh is for whenever you will want to downgrade, your shsh doesn't save your baseband unlocking information.
And isn't your base band factory unlocked?

I mean what i said up there, no one save shsh because its unlock iphone, but you save shsh of a firmware because you find that firmware stale and maybe also because you find that, that firmware can easly be unlock with any tool so that if you enconter troubles either unlocking or to jailbreak you upgrade version of iOS you can easily downgrade you iOS using your saved shsh and then proceed and unlock it easily. And i'm not very certain about that base band, but i have the same base band and mine is factory unlock.
