Why Sileo not Cydia?

Why did the latest Chimera jailbreak move to the Sileo as their default app store? What's wrong with Cydia? I mean they use it for Electra but not Chimera?

Because, as I’ve mentioned in one of your earlier threads, the Cydia Store has been shut down last year.
