upgrade to 4.2.6?

Mine came out of the box with 4.2.5 and it's already asking me if I want to upgrade to 4.2.6, Should I?

OP has the Verizon iPhone. Shipping with a different version than the AT&T has. Looks to me like you would update as greenpois0n has realeased the JB for 4.2.6.

Sorry to be such a newbie but is that a simple matter of plugging it in? I don't see a backup option anywhere in iTunes. Thanks.
