Upgrade option? How does it work?

I have my iPhone reserved and am approved for the 199 upgrade to a 16g. How does this work? Do I have to turn in my current 3GS to them when I get the 4? Or is it still mine?

You will be able to keep the phone and simply pay the $199 to upgrade. In addition, you will likely have to renew your contract for an extra year or two.
