Update to 6.1.3 a jailbroken 4S, what would happen?

I have An iPhone 4s (iOS 6.1 jailbroken), I want to update it to 6.1.3 from the phone not iTunes, what would happen if I hit the install now button? Would it update to 6.1.3 and still be jailbroken? Would I loose jailbreak? Or it won't update cuz it is jailbroken?

The last thing you want to do is try to do a software update on a jailbroken iPhone from your iPhone. It won't work. The only way to do it is through iTunes on your computer. When you update, you will lose your jailbreak and there is not, and will never be, a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3.
