Hello.

The quality of all the photos on the iphone 4s are such that they're in thermal mode. How do I change it back to normal? My girl just got the phone and is going coo coo and I've been unable to find any helpful videos or answers in any existing forums in my online search thus far. Would appreciate anybody's help. I'm pretty sure this is an easy one. Thanks for your time.

Sincerely,

Sam.

Hey thanks for replying. And thermal is actually probably not a good description. It's more like what it would like like if it was infrared, but with an overall grayish tone. Hope this helps. I essentially just want to make it so that the photos are back to normal in full color. Thanks again for your time.

Sincerely,

Sam.

Perform a hard reset.... hold the lock & home buttons together for 10 seconds. The phone will fully reset... see if this helps any.

I think you mean the HDR. High definition rendering. Where it takes the under exposed and over exposed and put them together. Let us know!

full reset means losing everything that's saved on the phone...including contacts, photos?

No you're not going to lose any data or anything... it's just a hard reset of the phones operating system. As opposed to just turning the phone off and then back on.

if it is HDR how does one change it back from that to normal pics? Thanks.
