The screen can't be move

I have just got an iPhone last week,and today when i want to downloan an app #Light It, then problem happens. The screen can't be move, it seems like having a stock? What happens? Are there anyone come across the same problem like me? And how do you solve?Thanks, advance!

Hard reset the iPhone (hold down both home button and power button until the screen goes off and come back on with the white apple logo, then you let go both keys )
