That means more than likely your iPhone was about to die and then you plugged it in and let it charge until it was almost full
! That's not the only way though. Just an example!
!Yeah, it means that you have recharged your iPhone since the last full charge. Maybe you just connected it to your computer to upload music or sync apps for a good 1 or 2 hours several time (You didn't mean to recharge the phone) but the fact that it's connected to your computer is already recharging the phone, so yes that statistic about the battery life is correct taking into consideration that it have been plug since the last full charge. If you want to measure how good is your battery next time, make sure you do not connect it to anything at all.
