no you cant. you can send it with bluetooth though with meDevlis ibluetooth but that app really sucks and rarely works properly
yes it is. i did get it to work a few times i used a 30 day trial but pay for an app that does not even have all the right coding? no thanks
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish exactly but I would use Dropbox and put the MP3 in the public folder and copy the link and send the link in a text. There is other ways to do it to but not as simple as just choosing a song from iTunes and send.

I have found a workaround for this.
Use ifile to navigate to the MP3
Change file extension to MP4
Use add to camera roll function in ifile
Go to photo app
Select the video and send as a MMS.
A little tedious. But it works.
