A new "rumor" popped up on BGR saying a "reliable Apple source" told them iTunes cloud services are coming soon. How soon? Before or at Apple's fall event. This will include the following:

  • Streaming music and movies from Apple’s servers to your computers, devices, etc.
  • Streaming music and movies from your home computers to your other computers, remote devices, etc.
  • Wireless iTunes syncing with devices

I'm a little skeptical on this one after BGR's "Tom" Conversation. If this is true, this would be a great addition to us who have 8GB-16GB devices. Of course, everyone else would get a kick out of it as well. Wireless syncing would be so much more convenient.

What do you guys think? True or False?

I believe it is true with out doubt. Take a look at Apple's 500,000 sq. ft. server farm in NC is costing 1 billion dollars US one would think this is not your average home server ...lol. This should be near completion some time soon.
The link below is for those interested including a helicopter view of this massive facitity taken early this year.

Col wonders what is in the building.

I think its true. I hope sooner than later! If you watched Steve at the D8 Conference when asked about wireless syncing he responds with ""we need to do better on that" and in my opinion that means they have something going. :)
