Renaming backup when restoring from iPhone 5 to iPhone 5S

Just restored my new 5S from my 5 . Via iTunes .
How do I rename the backup in iTunes to show Gregory's iPhone 5S instead of Gregory's iPhone 5

With the phone plugged into the computer and recognized by iTunes, click on the phone name under Devices in the left column to select it. Click a second time on the name and it will become editable.

Or you can change the name on your phone. Settings/General/About/Name
