I jailbroken my iPhone 4s but couldn't be bothered with it keep crashing and tbh I'd rather pay for stable apps and app downloads now I have restored where does this leave me in terms of my warranty can apple see I have jailbroken before and will all files be completely removed

Simple answer.... Apple cannot tell that an iDevice has been JB after a restore via iTunes.
