I didn't really know where to go with this question but this probably a pretty good place to start. I recently got a new iPhone 5 and I also have some swish white Beats Solo HD, unfortunately when I plug the Beats into my iPhone the in-line volume control on the Beats wire (ControlTalk) doesn't respond at all. I find this strange since it works on my iPad (3rd Gen) and worked on my iPhone 4S before. Do you think it is a problem with the handset or something wrong with the connection between the headphone jack? I have used a torch to look inside the jack and I couldn't see any visible dirt or debris inside.
