Phone restarts on its own... Help!!!

So I have an iPhone 5 jailbroken and it sometimes is restarts on its own and goes into safe mode. Is it because I need to update my phone and jailbreak it again or what's the deal-o here? It mostly happens when I want to unlock my phone. The second I unlock it that's when it restarts itself. Can someone please help me!! Thanks!!!

You installed a tweak that's incompatible with your iOS, device or iOS + device combination. Compare the tweaks you have installed along with their version to this list here. Also, if you have Battery Doctor Pro, I recommend removing it on the 5 as it is known to cause many problems for many 5 users.

Okay cool! Yeah that would make sense. How would I check which apps are not compatable??

The Google Doc list I provided was made private for some reason. I'll have to email the dev to see what's up. In the mean time, try to recall the latest app/tweak that you've installed prior to this being an issue.
