Phone just died

Iphone just died, using it this morning to send some messages check facebook, etc..... It just died. Showed plenty of battery.
Plugged into comp now to see if it will wake up.
Any ideas?
Apple store first thing in the a.m.
Not jail broken ever.

I did a hard reboot back on again!

Any ideas on why this happened?
Should i take to Apple store?

This thing happens to me several times, just like you said hard reboot. It's scary at first.
