Map using GPS No Cellular No wifi

Can I use the native map using gps, no cellular and no wifi. If not pls recomend a map that will work off only gps.

Check out MotionX GPS. I use the iPad version, although an iPhone version exists. I have nothing but good to say about this app, and it's only $2.
