just jailbroken with absinthe . need help badly

ive just jailbroken my iphone 4 running ios 5.1.1 using absinthe untethered jailbreak by greenpoison . how the hell do i get the apps from the app store for free ? best i found so far is ***REMOVED FOR PIRACY*** , which doesnt seem to have everything , and also is taking hours to download tomtom as it keeps dropping the connection . what are all these repos in cydia , where are the apps and why cant i search within them . getting very frustrated now so can somebody please help me out

edit: tomtom downloaded but wont install ??
