Jailbreak my fossil

I have an old AT&T iPhone 3G iOS 4.2.1. Does anyone still know how to jailbreak and unlock this to work with T-Mobile? Will the new Envasi0n work? What is the easiest way, I'd prefer not to have to download an entire iso to jailbreak but will if needs be. And do I just install Ultrasn0w from cydia after jailbroken to T-Mobiate?

The 3G is capped on iOS 4.2.1. Evasi0n only works on iOS 6.0-6.1.2. You can use UltraSn0w to unlock the 3G, insert the T-Mobile SIM, input the proper APN settings and it'll work.

Thanks man now I know what to do after the jailbreak but how do I jailbreak it with greenpoison or jailbreak me or redsnow or what, I'd prefer to not have to download an iso

Uhm for the 3G I don't think you'd need the iOS IPSW for it with RedSn0w, so you can try that. The 4.2.1 IPSW for the 3G is significantly smaller than that of iOS 5 and 6, so even on a slow network it should be pretty manageable.
