Issues with updates

since updating to 11.0.0 my phone is acting weird. When I press the home button to waken the phone the screen shows black and there is a 15 second delay before the access code screen is available. Sometimes I will get my home screen with the time and sometimes not. Am now on update 11.0.3 and it’s still being wonky. Anybody have any ideas? This is maddening.

Have you tried a hard reset? For the 6S+ hold down the Home and Power buttons until the  appears, let go and the phone will restart.

I tried it twice this morning. So far no change. Very annoying to say the least. I’ll wait a couple days and see if they come out with 11.0.4. This update has been a real mess.
