is there a theme that allows youto arrange icons aroudn the outside of the screen?

hello all,
new to this forum and the iphone ... i tired to search but could not find an answer.
basically i am looking for a theme that will allow me to move icons any where i like
for example around the outside of the home screen so that i can better see my back ground image.
is there anything like that out there

Grid Lock lets you put icons and folders wherever you want on the same page the next page and so on.

Its in the Cydia store... you phone has to be jailbroken to use it.
